Every fisherman has a story to tell. This American Wheat Beer pay tribute to the one that got away. The grain bill consists of US Wheat, US 2 Row, and CaraVienne Malts. Mosaic Hops provide both the bitterness and intense flavor by utilizing the Hop Bursting Technique. The brew is fermented with an American Wheat Yeast that gives it a dry but slightly tart finish. This is a 5.1% ABV, 25 IBU, and 5 SRM whale of a fish story that’s perfect for my Seasonal Summer Ale. Released annually in July.
